The staff were friendly, and there’s free Wi-Fi and 24-hour hot water, along with the usual amenities. It’s in a prime spot with easy transport and access to ATMs and markets. I had to stay in a hurry, so I have no complaints, but it’s just an okay hotel. There’s no restaurant of its own, so room service may take longer than usual. The premises weren’t great, the AC wasn’t working properly, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a family holiday. Fair for one person, but not really for a family. I’d give it 3 out of 5.

On my second trip to AHMEDABAD, I stayed at rajashree hotel again. The main road location made finding transport easy, and the staff were friendly. The ambience was decent, and complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi added comfort for a low-cost hotel. The AC was the one problem: there was no remote, it was stuck at 16°c, and I felt like I was freezing in a refrigerator. It was so cold that water was coming from the AC. Thanks to the attenders for giving me a quilt, which helped a lot. All in all, a decent experience.

We complained to oyo at 11.00 PM, and the manager then pressured us to take the complaint back. We finally left at 01.00 AM. The property manager was very rude, and the hotel was the worst in ahmedabad. I’d assumed an oyo certification meant I didn’t need to read reviews, but I was mistaken. There was no AC or geyser, despite both being shown when booking, and nobody told us about the geyser or AC condition. An okay experience for me. The manager needs to learn hospitality.

It’s on the 4th floor, and the stairs leading to the hotel smell like a toilet. The location is nice, very close to income tax circle. I’d say it’s okay if you’re travelling alone, but I wouldn’t recommend going with family.
