Hotel Relax Inn

A good budget hotel in a nice location. The room was clean, and the service and staff behaviour were good. Everything was best.

The peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and convenient access to transport and nearby attractions made the stay pleasant. Food was delicious and hygienic, and the rooms were clean, furnished well, and comfortable. Staff were courteous and professional, ready to help with a smile. From check-in through room service, things ran smoothly. I'd recommend Hotel Relax for a hassle-free stay, whether traveling for business or leisure.

What made the stay memorable was the team. Everyone was kind, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. The rooms were clean and well kept too. I had an excellent stay, and I'm grateful for the service.

My work trip was derailed by a frustrating and embarrassing stay at Fab Hotels – Hotel Relax Inn, Ahmedabad. The manager argued with me for nearly half an hour, accused me of trying to sabotage the hotel, said Fab Hotels would believe him over me, and refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing anything, he told me to “adjust.” The room was filthy: the sofa sheet was unbearable to look at, the bed had hair all over it, and a water bottle was already in the room before check-in. The bathroom door wouldn't close, there was no exhaust, and the smell stayed inside. The bedroom was so dirty I left and sat in a mall to get away from it. The manager said the photos on Fab Hotels' website were 3-4 years old and that Fab Hotels knows this, which made me feel customers are being misled. He also claimed only a broken TV, AC, or heater would count as a complaint, not dirty sheets, a filthy bathroom, or rude behaviour. I trusted Fab Hotels, but this was the most disappointing experience. The trip was ruined, and I had to deal with this instead of focusing on work. I strongly advise people to stay away.
