The staff really did try to help, but staying with family here was a nightmare. The geyser, Dish TV, AC, and toilet flush were all not working. I’d booked two days but checked out after one. You can imagine the state of the rooms. Don’t book based on the room photos.

The service is quite good, and the hotel is easy to see from the main road. The nearby area is really nice, and transport is easy to find during the day. But the room is too small, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The price is fair, and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are crammed in to fit more of them. The amenities and electrical sockets are damaged. The geyser switch is across from the shower, and I sometimes got a shock if I wasn’t careful. When I told reception, they gave me a free physics lesson about electricity.

I booked two nights through Oyo for 1000 per night. When I arrived, they said they had no room for me and sent me to another hotel charging 1400 per night. If they couldn’t accommodate me, they shouldn’t have accepted the booking through Oyo.
