Housekeeping was the standout during my three-night stay. My requests for extra towels and a late checkout were handled promptly and with a friendly smile, and the team kept a respectful balance between being available and giving me space. Each morning my room was cleaned on time, with care taken to arrange the amenities, refill toiletries, and refresh the linens. Rahul kumar was the best servicer. I highly recommend the hotel for its housekeeping.

The main drawback was dinner for me as a non-veg diner. There were few meat or fish choices because the menu leaned heavily toward vegetarian food, though what I tried was tasty. I hope they add more non-veg options. The staff made the trip, from the friendly reception team who welcomed me as soon as I walked in to everyone who helped with things like an extra towel or directions. They were easy to talk to and genuinely seemed to care about my comfort. That warm service more than made up for the limited menu, and I’ll definitely come back.

The washrooms were spotless, without a trace of mildew, and the green marble looked good with the lighting when kept clean. I appreciated the property’s water-saving effort of reusing water for flushing, though the residue afterward can leave a dirty stain over time. That undermines the effort and can give the impression of poor hygiene, even though the washroom itself is clean. Housekeeping was quick, and the laundry was good quality. Ms. Ritu and her team gave us a warm welcome and made check-in seamless. The property is about 26 mins from Airport. Our cozy, well-lit room cooled quickly even though the AC was off until we entered, which suggested the AC was well maintained and the filters were clean. The gym is small but enough for a good workout. We had a good meal at Citrus Cafe, where Ms. Simran was a great host. Devika & Muzarrudin also made checkout a good experience.

A decent, reasonably priced place for a short stay, mainly suited to business travellers and other everyday guests. Cleanliness could be better, and the toilet water clogging should be addressed. It was OK.
