The lake view and lovely reception made a good first impression, and the staff were attentive. Breakfast had plenty of good options, and we had a comfortable, pleasant family stay. The pool was okay. There weren't any games or a kids' play area, and the gym was small but manageable.

Akash took great care of us, and chef Rajkumar's kachoris were top notch. The buffet breakfast was delicious, too. Everyone was friendly and polite. Five stars to the whole staff, well done!

The staff were especially polite and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The parking felt safe for our car, and there was accommodation for drivers, though it didn't include food. The breakfast buffet had a good range for everyone, including Jain food preferences. Our room had clean linen, a good view, and clean rooms and toilets. The open-air grill is open at night. For the price, it was a good hotel. Just be careful in the bathroom when the floor is wet because it gets slippery.

The event ended with a bitter experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place for a function. I booked the banquet hall for my baby shower for 50 people, agreeing to pay 60,000. Afterward, management counted plates and charged me as if each plate used meant another person. My guest count was only 53, including children, but after a lot of arguing with Mrs. Bispal, who handled the event, they charged me for 60 people. I paid 1,200 per person, so they took extra payment for seven people. Mrs. Bispal never came to the banquet hall, didn't know how to speak to clients, argued with me and blamed me, even saying things about my graduation. Service was very slow, and staff seemed untrained and unprofessional. Whatever we ordered took an hour. Three of my friends ordered paneer chilli. The first batch was too sweet, so we ordered it again, but the second was undercooked and tasted the same. My money went to waste. I'm not satisfied. It felt disorganized and like they were just making money from customers.
