OYO 22477 Hotel Blue Moon

When I got there, they told me they wouldn’t provide the AC room I had booked, and the staff were very rude. Customer support paid the hotel more, and only then did they agree to give me an AC room. But the room was full of roaches. I nearly threw up. It was a terrible experience, and I’d never stay there again, even if I were paid. This is an honest review, so think carefully before booking.

Breakfast was included in my stay, but the room service phone didn’t work, so I had to wake the staff. He refused to help and said breakfast would only be available at 9, and that it would just be poha and coffee. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we waited 20 minutes. The rooms are very old, there was no service or cleanliness, and the whole experience was horrible. A dharamshala would be better.

The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the pool and fitness center were excellent. From arrival onward, the staff greeted me warmly and looked after me well. I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a memorable stay.

The gym on the floor above was disturbing, and the rooms were filthy. The TV and AC were there but didn't work. The toilets and floors were dirty, the taps and flush didn't work, and even after I asked them to clean the bathroom, they didn't. We stayed for two days without room service. They charged us 600 for an extra mattress, pillow, and blanket, but didn't bring them. After we reminded them, they gave us a very dirty mattress. We asked again for the pillow and blanket, and a man said the staff boy was eating and would bring them later. More than an hour passed and nothing came. We had to pay extra for every little thing, but there was no hospitality. It was unhygienic and a terrible experience. I can't recommend this hotel.
