The online photos make this look like a luxury hotel, but the rooms I saw were more like a toilet. Two people there seemed to know nothing about hospitality. If you book online at a low price, the staff may turn you away and demand more money for a room. They behaved like thieves.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. The manager and other staff behaved terribly. They list rooms cheaply on Booking.com and OYO, take half or all of the payment, then don't provide a room. You're left to deal with claiming the refund yourself. A definite thumbs down.

I ended up paying again to get a room after the manager said my online booking hadn't gone through and refused to give me one. OYO also refused to refund me. There was no first aid box, and the staff behaved very badly. They showed no humanity.

The staff were great, and the food was good. It's also well connected to nearby tourist attractions. A budget friendly place that doesn't burn a hole in your pocket.

The room I got didn't match the one shown on the app. I had to pay an extra 500 for a better room.
