I spent 8 weeks here and felt at home. The staff were fantastic, always willing to go out of their way to help and make sure I was comfortable. A really great hotel with excellent service!

The washroom was unhygienic, and the staff were unprofessional. They didn’t provide proper water, and the AC and TV weren’t provided either. Very poor hotel and service.

There was black mold everywhere, no wifi, and the bathrooms were awful. The whole place smelled bad. The rooms were filthy and so tiny that even one person could barely move around. I can’t even describe the things I saw on the walls. This felt more like an hourly hotel than a respectable place to stay.

The AC wasn’t working in any of their rooms, even though I paid for an AC room. When I brought it up, the staff were very rude and tried to cover up the problem instead of sorting it out.
