I booked through goibibo, and even though a room was available when I made the booking, they refused to check us in, saying none were free. The manager kept changing the story: first it would take 3-4 hours, then he said 5 minutes, and while I was talking to customer care, he said 45 minutes. He was misleading us and acted very rudely and aggressively. I’ve attached a photo of the manager and another showing the Railway water bottle they give guests. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, not even worth one star, and I’d never recommend it.

Unprofessional behavior, and this is one of the worst hotels. Don’t book with them before you’ve seen the room. I would’ve given it 0 stars, but couldn’t.

The staff are very good, and the place is neat and clean. It’s a decent hotel where nobody disturbs you, with very good service. The water is wonderful, available here, and very cheap. Please come by, and thank you so much.
