Treebo Shree Krishna Palace

Stay: 3-6 February 2026 Hotel: Hotel Shri Krishna Palace, Ahmedabad At checkout, the hotel wouldn't give me a bill for the full amount I paid, leaving out the extra money collected earlier. When I challenged this billing fraud, the property manager became abusive and threatening and picked up a stick to intimidate me physically, with the property owner present. It was frightening and a serious guest safety violation. At check-in, the manager had demanded extra money for early check-in, which wasn't disclosed when I booked. I asked to pay by credit card and was told there'd be an extra 2.5% charge. That was unethical and unacceptable, so I felt forced to pay through Paytm to avoid further confrontation. This was one of my worst and most unsafe hotel experiences. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, especially if safety, transparency, and basic professionalism matter to you. This behavior shouldn't be tolerated at any hotel listed on a reputed booking platform*

⭐☆☆☆☆ There was no basic courtesy or willingness to help, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Parth in particular was disrespectful and arrogant. That kind of attitude completely ruins a stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was really great and comfortable. Mr prahlad wland mr vijay were both very polite. The room size was okay, and the bathroom was a decent size and clean.

The facilities were acceptable for the price, but I'd keep this hotel as a last option. We booked because we were confused and tempted by a discount. The staff were impolite and need serious customer service training. At times they were openly dishonest and uncooperative. The standard rooms are cramped and had a strange smell. Both our bathrooms had no exhaust. The lift is ancient and extremely confined. The location is terrible, far from the city centre, with no eateries, restaurants, or convenience stores nearby. Roti Shoti below the hotel only opens from 7 pm to 11 pm, which is absolutely useless. There are several better options nearby.
