It's near the main road, but set back enough that the place is peaceful. The rooms are good, though not especially spacious, and the bathrooms are okay. Service was decent, but I didn't get the impression it was available around the clock. The lift is very old-fashioned and inconvenient, though I guess it does the job.

The room quality and cleanliness fell short of what we expected. Breakfast was the same each day, and even the coffee mugs hadn't been washed properly. They gave two people just one set of linen, and the intercom phone didn't work. We had to go downstairs every time we wanted to place an order or ask for something.

I was refused check-in because the hotel said the rate on the booking platform didn't match its tariff, and they wouldn't let me stay at the price I'd booked. Between that, the hygiene, staff behavior, and poor coordination with booking sites, there's none of the hassle-free stay you need. It was just pathetic.

After booking and prepaying through OYO, I noticed the amount in my app was higher than the amount shown in the hotel's OYO app. It looked like a fraud from OYO. I waited more than an hour for the issue to be sorted, then got a pathetic room with terrible, troublesome infrastructure. AC water kept coming into the room even after they cleaned it twice. The combined washroom and bath was really small and wasn't clean. This is my personal experience, and I don't recommend staying here. Never take this hotel.
