The mattress was so uncomfortable it felt like sitting on a metal frame, and there were no TV channels. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled strongly, and the corridor was in terrible shape, giving the whole place a neglected feel. The kitchen smelled foul and was in awful condition. The food wasn’t edible, and I even found a cockroach in it. When I brought up these problems, the staff casually said they clean the kitchen. Choosing this hotel was a mistake. It was a very bad and disappointing experience, and I strongly recommend not booking here. Please don’t make the same mistake.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the property is well kept, and the location and view are both very nice. Unfortunately, the stay itself was poor. There was a power cut with no backup, which raised serious safety concerns. We waited three hours for a TV remote, and when the problem still wasn't fixed, receptionist Ms. Neha Gamethi blamed us for giving the wrong room number and wouldn't take responsibility. Her replies were irresponsible and she was rude. The management and service were poor.

The balconies were covered in pigeon droppings and garbage, and the beds were really bad for my back. Hygiene doesn't seem to matter much here. Breakfast was very poor in both taste and quality. I'd rather eat at one of the several outlets in the building.

I stayed three days, but the room was cleaned only once, and management didn't arrange regular cleaning. The rooms weren't clean, and the door lock didn't work properly, so I didn't feel safe. This place seems suitable only for a two-hour stay, not longer. Don't waste your money here. 🤮🤮🤢
