I only found out my bag was still at reception after I’d reached Pune and called the hotel myself. The staff confirmed it was there, but nobody contacted me, even though they had my details. That lack of basic responsibility caused serious inconvenience and reflects badly on management. I’m extremely disappointed and expect a proper explanation, along with assurance that corrective action will be taken immediately.

We came here for dinner on my husband’s birthday. The food was horrible, plain and disgusting, without even basic salt. When we complained and wouldn’t eat or pay for it, staff started shouting and yelling, which was completely unnecessary. People in the kitchen were also fighting with the chef. They lack manners, hospitality, and service. I ask the manager to change the chef and teach the staff some manners 🙏🏻

We left our suitcase there, and they didn’t call us for 12 hours. We had to call ourselves before they confirmed it was there. I’m fuming, zero stars for service if I could give them, unbelievable suitcase saga! 😤🤦‍♀️😡

The towels and bedsheets were stained and unclean, and the rooms weren’t maintained. The staff were unprofessional, and the service felt very cheap. They even charge extra for water bottles, which should be a basic need. I’ve stayed in lots of places, and this has to be the worst option.
