Hotel Panchsheel

Review from 25 Feb 22. The staff were very rude, there was no cleanliness, and neither the bed cover nor pillow cover had been changed. The bathroom was awful. I didn't try the food because the condition of the hotel had already told me enough. Borude group has more than 28 hotels, try one of those, but avoid this one. Don't trust the false reviews from Panchsheel Owner and his friends. Please don't visit or book.

The rooms feel cramped and like they haven't been cleaned or upgraded in decades. The pillows and toilets were dirty. They wouldn't give us the a/c remote because of their policy, so we spent the night shivering. The bar downstairs made things less quiet and didn't help us feel secure, and nobody was watching the parked vehicles. I'd avoid this place.

I paid Rs 7840 through Yatra.com for a confirmed booking, but the hotel reception told me there was no booking under my name when we arrived. This place has no affiliation with Yatra, as far as I could tell, despite the listing. It's a filthy, substandard lodge with rooms I'd value at Rs 1200, nothing like the website advertised. I'm now fighting Yatra.com to get my money back. A very bad booking experience.

I checked out on the second day because the room and service were so bad. The hotel was very dirty, with awful bedsheets and pillow covers, and the room service was bad too. I had a really bad experience. Don't waste your money.
