Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire Ajmer

Inder Singh made a real difference during our stay. He was attentive, polite, and quick to handle every request or issue, always in a professional and positive way. We stayed at Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire from 2nd February to 3rd February with my wife and parents, booking two rooms. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the views, location, and ambience were excellent. We all had a very pleasant visit. Hotel Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire stands out for hospitality, and I’d happily choose it again.

Our group spent one day at Clarks Collection Grand Sapphire Ajmer, and the peaceful dinner at FLOW was a highlight. The buffet dinner and breakfast were delicious. The property was very clean and organized, with hygiene well maintained. Our rooms were spacious, tidy, and comfortable, and the courteous, attentive staff made everything easy. It’s calm and relaxing, and seems especially good for families with kids. I’d recommend it to people visiting Ajmer.

The rooftop bar and restaurant were lovely, and the food was delicious. Thanks especially to Amar Singh and his Team. I had a fantastic one-night stay, with friendly staff and a very comfortable room.

At the rooftop restaurant, Pradeep Saini was highly disrespectful and behaved in a way I found inappropriate and unprofessional for a manager. It was a terrible experience. That conduct falls short of the hospitality and professionalism guests expect from a reputed property like The Clark Ajmer. He should be fired for misbehaving with customers.
