The owner and staff were rude and unprofessional. When problems came up, they argued and made excuses instead of fixing them, with no real customer service attitude. After this stay, I don’t understand how the place has such good ratings. Either people have very low standards, or the reviews don’t show the property’s real condition. Don’t trust the rating blindly. I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel and save their money and peace of mind. There are many better options.

The owner and staff argued and made excuses instead of sorting out problems, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no customer service mindset. The rest was just as disappointing: nothing in the photos matched reality. The rooms were dirty, poorly kept, and smelled bad, with basic hygiene missing. The bedsheets and bathrooms weren’t clean, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

They let us check in early, at about 10 am, and the check-in and checkout process was efficient. I also met the owner, who was a very positive person. The customer service was commendable.

We came as a family for our competition exams and see. It’s a great hotel for families and women travelling alone. The staff are cooperative and humble.
