Hotel Al-Towheed

The location was a plus, just a five-minute walk from the Dargah, and the rooms were spacious. But for my December 29, 2023, to January 1, 2024, stay at Hotel AL TOWHEED, several problems got in the way. The television in my room never worked, even after I told the staff, and getting help involved delays and difficulty. There was no geyser in the room, so I had to rely on staff to turn on the boilers for hot water, which was inconvenient and took time. With no lift, the hotel was also difficult to access for elderly guests. The price seemed high for what was offered, and these issues need attention.

The hotel looks newly built, and everything was very clean and tidy, with the room spic and span. The staff really understand customer service and went the extra mile. Special thanks to Shakeel, a great host who made our stay pleasant and memorable. I’d definitely recommend it for the service and how close it is to dargah shareef. 5 stars!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it. The hotel is very close to Dargah Gate#10, and Imran was one of the best managers I’ve seen at any hotel. Great location, service, and support from him and the staff. Our stay made the trip more valuable than we’d expected. We’ll definitely come back and recommend experiencing the hospitality at Al Towheed Hotel. Thank you all!

The hotel is quiet despite being within the city, and Ajmer sharif dargah is about 5 minutes away. The railway station is roughly 15 minutes away, too. Rooms are a good standard size, while the deluxe ones give you more space and are more convenient. The toilets were clean, with both hot and cold water, and food is available for an extra charge. Staff were very friendly, especially at reception. IRFAN BHAI and SHAKIL BHAI deserve a special thanks for their hospitality and all the useful information they gave me as a newcomer. A good family stay.
