Hotel Chouhan Paradise Ajmer

Ganpat Lal chouhan, the owner, is a very good person. This is a nice family hotel and a good place to stay, with facilities including food and rooms.

The location is close to Ajmer dargah. The room was good, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean.

My gold ring went missing during what should have been a relaxing stay. I reported it to management, who later said they had found it after we were back home. A month has passed, and despite repeated calls and messages, they still haven’t replied or sent the ring back. The lack of care, communication, and accountability is appalling, and I’m extremely upset and disappointed. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to handle this so badly. I’d advise people to avoid staying here until they sort this out and show better customer service. I’ll update this review if anything changes. For now, beware of the poor service and possible theft risks.

Management was rude, and the check-in and checkout times didn’t seem to matter to them. They might tell you to leave at any time. From my own experience, I’d suggest avoiding this hotel. Choose it and you’ll definitely have a bad experience.
