I'm from Jaipur, and we have much better dharamshalas there. At this hotel, I booked an AC room, but the manager still wanted an extra Rs.500 to run the AC. The room was very untidy, and the gates were damaged. There was a net window in the bathroom facing the lobby, so anyone there could see inside. There was no privacy. Worst hotel in India, just the worst.

It's a budget hotel, but only average. The AC wasn't working while we were there, and the geyser didn't turn on in time. The extra bed they gave us was very poor quality, even though I paid for a third person. The closet seating wasn't fitted properly, and the toilet fittings were average too.

The room quality for 2500 bucks was horrifying, and the service was just as bad. I asked for the OYO toiletries kit and waited an hour, but it never came. I got the same response when I asked for a towel. Checked in at 2/03/19. Terrific hotel, in the worst way.

The staff were rude, the toilets were horrible, and there was no hot water. The room was small and dirty, with dirty sheets and pillows. No AC either, and no TV remote. Worst OYO experience ever. Please avoid this place.

The customer care executive didn't help. Instead, they left me in a situation that could turn into chaos. If you book through OYO, the property owner may refuse to accept it, so please don't use OYO here. It feels like completely fraudulent activity. OYO shouldn't put its name in front of hotels that are no use.
