I felt cheated booking this hotel, and I don’t know why they call it a 3 star property. It shouldn’t even count as budget accommodation. We told them six hours ahead, but the rooms still weren’t ready. I’d booked two Deluxe rooms, and they gave us one Deluxe and one inferior room of barely 100 sq area with a queen bed. When I challenged them, they made lame excuses. There were no dustbins. A bathroom door lock didn’t work, and one room’s TV was broken. Service was nonexistent. One toilet pot was dirty, and they said the designated person wasn’t available that day, so it would stay that way. After I objected, someone else finally cleaned it.

The hotel has a lovely ambiance and a great vibe, with a top-notch location near Dargah Ajmer. The staff are friendly and cooperative, and they serve pure vegetarian food. A beautiful place to stay.

I’d say come and enjoy your Ajmer journey here. The employees at Hotel imperial blue were very nice in their behavior, and the food was nice too. All in all, everything was very nice and the staff provided good service.

We had an advance booking, but when the staff saw I was traveling with my family, they tried to raise the price. They wouldn’t honor the original booking rate and insisted the reservation had become more expensive. We had to pay extra, but thanks to @ixigo, that amount was refunded. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
