Getting around was easy thanks to the location, with Ajmir Dargah and the market nearby. My stay at Hotel Kingsway, Ajmer was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were courteous.

I checked in at 1:00 pm, but the previous guest didn't leave the room until around 3:00-3:20 pm, so I had to wait. The washroom wasn't clean and the room smelled. They charged 2500 for a room with 2 queen beds, and the staff were rather rude. Worst hotel experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend booking it.

The pictures online are dummy, in my view, and the hotel was awful. The room was dirty, with a dirty bedsheet and pillow cover. The manager just sat there playing on his phone. Don't book this place.

We got to Kingsway Hotel after a tiring two-day train trip with a 1-year-old child in our group, only to find that the rooms we'd booked well ahead through the Goibibo app weren't ready. The manager and other staff told us to “adjust” for the night and said they'd sort things out the next day. There was no apology or sense of urgency, and the whole start of our trip was spoiled by the poor management and lack of accountability. We'd expected a professional place, but the way we were treated showed little basic hospitality. It was a very disappointing stay. If comfort, time, and basic decency matter to you, avoid this hotel.

They charged thousands of ruppyes for a third class room with a dirty washroom, then added extra food charges too. It feels like a scam.
