We booked a Family Suite directly for four nights, and this was our second stay at Hotel New Majestic, Ajmer. It was reassuring to return and find the same quality and attentive hospitality. The food was delicious, and service was amazing. Staff were courteous, professional, and quick to help, including arranging a hair dryer and laundry when we asked. A special thanks to the Booking Manager for letting us check in early and check out two hours late to fit our travel schedule. Getting to Dargah Shariff was easy. Our suite was spacious, comfortable for the family, and well maintained, and the property was impressively clean. Check-in and checkout were smooth too. We were very satisfied again, recommend it to anyone visiting Ajmer, and hope to return.

Being so close to the railway station made the location really convenient. The rooms looked attractive and seemed well maintained, but the service needed to be better when a problem came up. I found more than one bat in Room 207 and couldn't work out where they were getting in. I couldn't sleep and stayed on alert the whole time.

I paid the full amount in advance when booking for my examination, but after I arrived they refused to give me a room. This hotel is a total scam. Avoid it if you want peace of mind.

The location is very good, and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Firoj bhai at reception was kind and helpful, and the other staff were polite as well. The bathroom and amenities weren't properly maintained, though. Towels and water came late even after I asked several times, probably because there weren't enough housekeeping staff. A few rooms could use maintenance too. Fixing these smaller issues would make this a five-star stay.

The room was clean and the station is within walking distance, though Dargah Sharif is 1 km away. At 2k, it’s a good deal.
