Hotel Pakeeza

I paid for an AC room, but the AC never worked, and there was no hot water. Even after I complained several times, they didn't fix either problem or refund the difference for a non-AC room. I won't recommend the hotel. I'll also share what happened on my YouTube channel and social media.

I went to ajmer a couple of weeks ago and stayed at hotel pakeeza. The name pakeeza means cleanliness, but the place didn't live up to that at all. The beds were average, the bathrooms dirty, and the door lock in our room was broken. They said there would be hot water, but there wasn't. There weren't many staff, and the receptionist was rude. It's also a long way from Dargah, about half an hour. I suggest avoiding these rooms.

The bus booking was a mess: I paid them 5000 rupees for what was supposed to be 7 seats, but at the bus office only 5 berths had been booked and the bus was full. I wouldn't trust them with bus tickets. At the hotel, hot water was an issue and room service was poor. You have to pay before buying a water bottle, and even then they don't trust you. It feels like they think everyone is dishonest, maybe because they are themselves. I won't return or recommend this place.

The room had insects everywhere. There was no pest control at all.
