Hotel Panchsheel Inn

The booking included breakfast, but there was no chef and the kitchen wasn't available. I felt cheated. The sheets were stained, the toilet seat was broken, and the tea was horrible, so please don't order it.

From 7 am, the gym right below the hotel, which has the same owner, blasted loud music that woke us up. It was very disturbing and traumatic. The food wasn't good either: we waited an hour for morning tea because the chef wasn't there until 9 am. We stayed two days, and my washbasin was clogged and the lavatory stained. I complained twice, but nothing was fixed. A very poor stay. Don't book here if you want a pleasant morning. You'll regret spending your hard-earned money.

The food was awesome, and the staff were very cordial. It's a beautiful property, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would've liked a room with a better view, but it was still a very good experience.

I stayed with my family for a day and we had an amazing time. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and had modern-style rooms. Staff were good, and the room service was the best you could ask for. I'd recommend it to everyone.
