The room had cockroaches and bedbugs, and after the owner settled the price at 1800 rupees, they later demanded 2500 rupees per day. I had a very bad experience at Satyam Hotel. I only learned afterward that there are many much better hotels near Delhi Gate in Ajmer. Please don't go there.

At Hotel Satyam, Nala Bazar, Ajmer, they took the payment and then the staff and so-called manager showed no professionalism. Basic services were refused, and the manager was rude and irresponsible. There was no hospitality, ethics, or accountability. The worst place to stay, not recommended at all.

The owner doesn't know how to speak to customers, and the rooms were full of cockroaches and bedbugs. I had a really bad experience with the cleanliness here. Never go here, there are many good hotels nearby.

It's one of the closest hotels to the dargah. The place is very clean, and the staff are helpful. Recommended for a stay in ajmer.

The staff were good, but the manager was rude, arrogant, angry, and unfriendly, with no professionalism or mercy. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no soap either.
