8.2/10
10/10
The service is very good, and so is the location. The location is good all around.
4/10
The location is peaceful and perfect, and the property is worth visiting for its nature. But the staff service didn't feel professional. The pool water was so dirty that you couldn't swim in it, and the snacks the hotel served weren't good. We also didn't get a warm welcome when we arrived.
10/10
The tents are well equipped with coolers, air con, and washrooms, and I'd recommend staying in one. We chose the building instead because the young ones weren't ready to sleep overnight in a tent. It's great value for money, with five-star points for the location, staff, food, and tent stay. I'd give cleanliness four stars: it could be better, and the towels were clean but aging and could be replaced at some point.
10/10
The staff are courteous and helpful, and the cook is especially helpful. If you ask, they can make recipes that aren't on the menu. The surroundings, location, pool, cottages, and food were all excellent.
2/10
The surrounding beauty is superb, and the meal is good. But poor service from the kitchen staff spoils the experience, and the people serving your food need to show nicer gestures too.
