There was a lizard in the room, and the water was so salty it wasn't suitable for proper use. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the room was extremely dirty. Basic hygiene and maintenance were missing, and customer service needs serious improvement. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had, and the experience was disgusting and very disappointing.

There were only two or three staff members, and even coffee or tea wasn't available because the resort has no working kitchen. The place is poorly maintained, so don't rely on the online photos or reviews when choosing it. The location is nice and the property has an excellent theme, but it needs renovation and much better upkeep. I'd look for another option.

There's a swimming pool, and the property has lots of activities built in, including camel and horse rides, a magic show, and a dance show. It's a huge place, and the staff are kind.

It seems like a good place for a day trip.

Naval Sharma, the senior manager, was very polite and friendly. The staff were friendly too, and the place had a nice ambiance. It's easy to reach and felt like a luxury stay.
