The helpful, courteous staff were the highlight of my one-night stay during a bike trip to Ajmer. Check-in was smooth, and I got a room upgrade through my booking benefits. The location is handy for the Dargah and New Chowpati, with lots of food options nearby. Basement parking was convenient, though there's no lift from there, so you have to take the stairs up one level to reception. Breakfast choices were limited and could be better for the price. In-room dining is reasonably priced, but guests aren't allowed to bring in outside food, which could be a downside. The stay felt a little expensive for what you get. I rate it 3/5 stars.

We all liked this place very much. The food was tasty, and our guests from abroad enjoyed it. Last time, I came to this restaurant with my daughter's in-laws, who had come from Sydney Australia and Canada. We had a meal with a lovely lake view. The management team were humble and disciplined.

The Laziz restaurant was the highlight for me. I tried the chicken salad and loved it. My stay was wonderful, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and a great location close to the lake. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ajmer.
