FabHotel Kuwait Residency

The location is good, and the room was basic. But it wasn’t clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and water was logging in the bathroom. There’s no kitchen, and they don’t provide an electric kettle in the room. The reception ladies weren’t cooperative, and in the evening they didn’t turn on the corridor light, so it was dark.

I visited this hotel on 29 August 2025 for a family vacation, and I want to describe what we actually experienced. The owner, Mr.RIYAZ, was polite, kind, and very cooperative with customers. I was travelling with my sister and mother, and the water pressure in the washroom was very low. When I asked "JIJI" about it, she replied, "You are atleast getting water." I didn’t find that professional. I was disappointed by the two women at the front reception desk, "JIJI" and "AATHIRA." I live in Mumbai and have stayed in many hotels, but I haven’t seen staff behave this unprofessionally. They taunted us for not getting up early and sitting at the hotel. After the hard work and stress of tiring jobs, we had come to rest. Their behaviour was very disappointing, and I feel it harms the hotel’s goodwill since guests have to deal with them. I appreciate "SABI," who works the evening reception. He was much more decent, polite, and kind to guests, and made us feel comfortable. I could only manage the stay because of the owner, Mr.RIYAZ, and Sabi. In my opinion, the hotel would be better appreciated if those two women were fired, given the inconvenience they caused us. I hope the hotel becomes the best in future. Thank you.

The price felt high, and the place seemed poorly maintained. It was just okay. If you have nowhere else to stay, you could spend the night here.

The rooms had mosquitoes, the toilets weren't clean, and the linen didn't feel hygienic. Staff were rude, and nothing was complimentary, not even a dental kit, extra towel, or blanket. An older man seemed to be the caretaker, but he didn't seem concerned about guests' views. I wouldn't choose this hotel. I also doubt the positive reviews here, as they seem fake and paid for. Don't book it.
