We booked at the last minute, so the price was a bit high. The place is clean, pleasant, and well maintained, with cooperative staff and good food. For a family of four, including kids and adults, it has the options needed for a comfortable stay. The beach itself isn’t very clean, so don’t expect too much, but the sunset is nice. A well-earned four out of five.

The water for bathing and washing wasn’t clean, which was disappointing at a premium resort. Maybe the sea being so close is the reason, but they should clean the pipes or tanks regularly, or use a basic filter. Aside from that, we enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the manager and staff were helpful and responsible, and dinner was served on the lawn under pretty lights. The dinner was good, though the food could taste a little better. The resort is just by the beach, with a private seating area and white sand you can access any time. It’s outside the city, and the beach is mostly empty, with fishermen and their boats coming ashore.

We had a memorable, relaxing family break at Marari Beach Resort, and would love to return. The children loved the open spaces and beach activities. For rainy days, a few more indoor options for kids would help, and slightly longer spa hours would suit guests coming back late from sightseeing. The Ayurvedic retreat with Dr.Duvya Arun was rejuvenating. The setting right by the beach was peaceful, with lovely sea views, and the property was spotless and well kept. Food had a great range of delicious dishes, and the hospitality was warm throughout. It was a great place to unwind together, and I’d recommend it for a peaceful beach holiday in Kerala.

From the balcony, the ocean view was stunning. The room was huge and felt luxurious, with the beach just steps away. I woke to the waves and fell asleep listening to them. A perfect spot if you want both room to spread out and the sea close by.

We spent a lovely weekend at Marari Village Beach Resort. There was plenty of space for the children to enjoy themselves privately, with a private beach right in front and no crowds or pollution. The restaurant was good, the food was nice, and the staff served us well. Thanks to the whole team.
