The beach is the best part of this place, and it's just a walk away. We stayed here recently and found the rooms spacious, with AC and clean washrooms. The hospitality was really good too. They can prepare breakfast and lunch if you need it.

The location is very good, just 100 metres from the beach, and the caretaker is friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't clean, though. I wouldn't recommend it for families or couples.

Alleppey Beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. He gave us drinking water for free, let us leave our luggage after checkout, and even let us change and use the washroom. Before we left, he kindly offered us breakfast. The room itself didn't live up to expectations. It was smaller than expected and not very clean. The bathroom had weak water pressure and a door that was hard to lock, and there was no cupboard for our things. The owner's hospitality made the stay more bearable.

Just a few metres from the beach, the location couldn't be better. The managers were kind, friendly, and helpful, paying attention to our needs and making the stay comfortable. Absolutely fantastic homestay, highly recommended.
