The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and perfectly clean, and the staff were so kind. Our room was modern and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. The Rice Boat restaurant downstairs served homely meals. I loved every second here. Thanks for having us, we'll definitely visit next time.

The team were friendly and attentive, and made a real effort to handle guests' requests. My room was comfortable and spacious, and the whole hotel was very clean and well maintained. I had a very pleasant, relaxing stay at Hotel Grand Alleppey. It's a great place to consider in Alappuzha.

The dinner was excellent, but service was extremely poor: ordering took 30-40 minutes, and after nearly an hour the food arrived late with items missing. Staff didn't seem ready for the number of guests, though hopefully planning improves. Breakfast tasted good, but things weren't refilled unless we asked. The room was a good size, but bathroom mats weren't provided, even after asking room service. The reception had AC but it wasn't on, which was uncomfortable in the humidity. The property looks new, but management and basic hospitality need significant improvement. Sharing this honestly to help anyone planning to stay or eat here.

We found the in-house restaurant's food really good, and room service was available too. The beach is nearby, and the room prices felt affordable for the comfort and service. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to requests. Hotel Grand Alleppey was very clean and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms. A great place to stay in Alappuzha.

The restaurant is really good, with excellent vegetarian options, and the market is easy to reach from the resort. The stay was very comfortable, with AC and a good shower. Staff were accommodating when we asked for an extra bed.
