We got to the hotel around 12 AM, late at night, and the staff still greeted us warmly. Check-in was smooth, and their quick service and hospitality at that hour made our arrival comfortable and stress-free. Much appreciated!

The hotel was good value for the money, with good facilities and fast service. Our room was big and had hot water. The balcony view was amazing, as you can see in the images. The menu also has non-vegetarian options. It is far from Mall road, though there is a mall nearby for shopping, plus a cinema and a Domino's.

Big rooms, parking available, and the food was amazing. A good experience.

The main selling point is the location, close to Ramakrishna Kutir Ashram and mall road. Parking is available, and the hot water geyser and elevator worked great. There's also a kettle for making tea. The beds and room were fine for the price, so the stay felt fair overall, and the other aspects were okay. But the washroom needs a serious clean. A constant bad smell coming from it made the hygiene standards seem low, and that really needs improvement.

The rooms facing the hills have a nice view, but that was about the only bright spot. More than 85% of the menu items weren’t available, and the room and blankets weren’t clean enough. We had to ask for fresh pillow and blanket covers because they smelled of deodorant left by the previous guest. Even the bathroom bin was dirty.
