The place looked clean when we arrived, but at night small cockroaches were crawling around. I’d booked the family room well in advance. There were no tissues, kettle, tea bags, or water in the room, so we had to ask for everything that should have been there already. Nobody came to clean during our three-day stay. The bathroom was old and its door was in bad condition. At 5k per day, it wasn’t worth it, maybe only worth 1k.

The facilities are good and the price is reasonable. It’s a little outside the main city, but overall it’s a good place to stay.

They cancelled my booking just after I paid the confirmation amount, saying the property was under management and couldn’t accommodate me. When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding. They’re frauds. Don’t pay anything to confirm a booking.

I had to accommodate my guests at Fab Peak Hotel, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful, even under pressure. When an unexpected guest arrived at midnight and I called about the urgent need, the team didn’t take advantage of the situation. They were very helpful. The rooms were clean, and hot water was always available. A big thank you to everyone, especially Vishaka and her colleague, whose name I’m sorry I forgot. She took graceful care of my guests.
