The team was supportive and quick to respond, and all the services arrived on time. The property is well maintained and in a great location, so we had a very good stay. One winter suggestion: it’d be helpful to have moisturizing cream in the rooms, since it’s quite essential then. Keep up the good service!

We held a party at Alwar Vanyaevilas and everything was arranged just right. The atmosphere was great, the service was quick, and the friendly, professional staff kept checking that we had what we needed. Their hospitality really exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic time and would recommend it for an event or a stay. I’ll be back.

Food arrived almost an hour late, and later we understood that this kind of delay was considered “normal” there. Our guests were left waiting, which was uncomfortable and embarrassing for our family. When we brought it up, manager Sandeep responded very unprofessionally and made things unpleasant for the guests instead of fixing the problem. The final bill also had excessive charges that hadn’t been explained before or during the event, adding stress to what should have been a happy occasion. We chose Vanyae Villas, Alwar for our engagement ceremony because of its reputation in Alwar. During booking we were promised excellent service, smooth management, and a premium experience, but what happened was completely different. We were deeply frustrated and regret choosing the venue. I wouldn’t recommend it for an event if you need reliable, professional management.

The stone hill makes a nice backdrop, and there are some good spots for photos. There’s a decent-sized swimming pool split for kids and adults, plus sports equipment and places for both age groups to play. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff’s manner wasn’t great. The food was just above average, and breakfast didn’t even reach average.
