Dadhikar Fort Hotel

We left feeling refreshed after a stay that felt like a getaway in itself. The views were mesmerizing, especially from our room balcony, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Fort dhadikar was well maintained, with good service. We had a wonderful time and would say it’s worth visiting.

The local food was authentic and delicious, and nature walks, birdwatching, and cultural performances add to the experience. Set in the Aravalli Hills, Dadhikar Fort offers a peaceful break from modern life, with panoramic views, traditional architecture, and rustic charm. Its well-preserved rooms, colorful decor, and warm hospitality capture Rajasthan’s regal feel. A lovely retreat for history lovers and nature fans.

Meals were a highlight, with delicious traditional flavors served in a relaxed, atmospheric setting. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure we had a memorable stay without anything feeling forced or commercial. We loved exploring the courtyards and common areas, and every part of the property seemed to tell a story. The spacious rooms had plenty of character and were thoughtfully appointed, comfortable while still true to the fort’s heritage. Surrounded by nature and sweeping views, it felt far removed from the outside world. Fort Dadhikar was the standout stay of our trip, a beautifully restored heritage fort that felt special and authentic, with history, comfort, and peace all together. It’s unique and full of character, and I’ll remember it long after the trip. Easily our best stay on the journey, and absolutely worth considering in the region.

The natural setting is magnificent, up in the mountains and among jungle where leopards may occasionally be spotted. The location, rooms, and food were all excellent. The staff were wonderful, especially the F&B team, whose pleasant manner stood out. The whole team was exceptional.
