The Fern Alwar

The breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted fresh, while the main courses were flavorful, nicely presented, and served on time. We enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and the desserts were a lovely way to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt premium but peaceful. Staff were polite and responsive, with a personal touch to the service. Special thanks to partha. A pleasant stay, and a good fit for families or business trips.

I come here regularly and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are courteous and supportive, especially Mr. Partha, who is attentive and wonderful, and Mr. Sher Singh at the front desk, who is welcoming and helpful. The Fern, Alwar has a new, fresh feel, with well-done interiors and lots of green open space that gives it a resort-like atmosphere. Highly recommended for family travel.

Mr Rajendra and Miss Priya handled our check-in and check-out in a professional, comfortable way. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was good. I had a very comfortable stay at The Fern, with warm hospitality from them and the hotel. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good, and Mr. Partha was very cooperative and provided lovely service. I appreciated his support and behavior. But I had a very bad night because construction noise went on until around 12:30 AM and I couldn’t sleep. Some staff helped, while others ignored my complaint. Work going on at midnight is a serious inconvenience, and the management should listen to guests and keep construction to better hours. I was disappointed by the disturbance and the staff response.
