I arrived around 11:30 pm on 27 February 2026 and checked out at about 9:15 the next morning. The deluxe room was cramped and nothing like the online photos. Cockroaches were crawling around, the walls were very dirty with a few blood spots, and the bathroom was dirty too. Staff weren’t polite or soft-spoken, and the facilities fell short. This was my first and last stay here. I took photos and a video for reference.
The receptionist was rude whenever I asked for something, and it felt unfriendly and unprofessional. Food prices are very high compared with the quality and service, so this isn’t value for money. The overall experience disappointed me, and the room wasn’t worth ₹2000. I wouldn’t recommend the place.
The service was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable too. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Amar Palace and would highly recommend it for a pleasant, comfortable experience.
The place feels comfortable and welcoming, with a nice ambiance and good-quality food.
The restaurant is very good, and this is one of the better hotels in the neighbourhood. Cleanliness and service could be better, though.
