The staff were very rude and treated us like slaves, as if tourists weren't valued. The place was unclean: dusty floor mats, rooms that weren't clean, and poorly maintained toilets. Wi-Fi didn't work, and the TV only had free-to-air channels instead of all the channels. The owner is so miserly. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in Ambala Cantt, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 👎
The market, railway station, and good places to eat are nearby. I think the parking is in an open area. The staff aren't professional, though they do try to help in their own way.
It's a budget hotel with big, clean rooms and no disturbance. The staff are nice and behave well. I always prefer Hotel Kwality when a colleague or friend visits ambala.
The electricity situation isn't good, and there was no service. In my view, Hotel Kwality in ambla performs very poorly and the overall condition of the hotel isn't good. Please don't stay there.
We were told to check out earlier than the time we'd discussed, and the reception staff hadn't been clear about the timings. That kind of service is completely unsatisfactory. I wish I could give this a zero.
