No room key was provided during my two-day stay, even after I asked several times, so I had to take my valuables with me whenever I left. The place wasn't clean or maintained, and they didn't provide even the basic essentials. The bookings were poorly managed, and I ended up paying double, both through booking.com and at the property. This was the second-worst hotel I've ever booked.
The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were super nice and friendly. I had a comfortable stay!
