Hotel Shree Om by OYO Rooms

The bathroom, rooms, and bedsheet weren't clean. They kept turning off the AC, and the photos of the rooms on OLA app are fake. I think they never clean the rooms; there was hair on the bed, and the geyser wasn't working. R_ C

The rooms themselves were decent, but the pricing felt unfair. When there’s an exam nearby in Ambala, rates shoot up, and they seem to sell rooms on their own terms. I booked ahead, yet when I arrived they wouldn’t honor online bookings, saying they had no tie-up with OYO. Students who had booked before check-in were left scrambling that same day. The owner and staff were rude, the surrounding area was dirty, and there was no food available at the hotel. The washroom was dirty too, though staff cleaned it after I asked.

The service was slow and poor, and the staff were rude. My room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the washroom and toilet seat were dirty, and both the towel and linen were dirty. They didn’t even leave soap. A really bad stay.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was nice. It just needs more facilities, especially food service.
