Room upkeep and management need work, and the ambience and service fell short of what I expected. My stay at Hotel Moment Inn was average. It could have been much better with cleaner rooms and better service.

It's in a nice spot, very close to the Golden Temple, and the building is well constructed. But basic hygiene is seriously lacking. It seems the staff are neglecting the property; with a little effort on cleanliness, this could be a wonderful stay.

The hotel had moderate facilities, but it wasn't worth staying at MOMENTS INN. I work in the same hotel service sector, and the owner's behavior was rude, with staff showing the same bad manners. The AC had no power supply, and there were no slippers in the bathroom or rooms. Insects and ants spoiled our baby's milk. When I asked for help cleaning, they said they'd do it when they could. With my 6 family members, it was a terrible experience. At check-in and check-out, the same person showed his two-faced behavior. Please don't ruin your trip by staying here.

The location is near Darbar Sahib, about 800 meter away, but service was awful. The staff were rude, the towel and bedsheet were dirty, and no one was available to handle bags and suitcases. I don't recommend it.

There was no drinking water, and nobody seemed willing to help. The service was very poor. Around the Golden Temple, it felt like the whole area was focused on taking advantage of visitors.
