CAPITAL O74830 Hotel Feather

This was my first OYO booking, and it was a terrible experience. The room had no TV, Wi-Fi, or lock and key. It hadn't been dusted, and the bedsheet and pillow cover were awful, with a yellow stain on the pillow cover. I was travelling with my family and didn't expect that. The receptionist didn't brief me when we arrived, and though OYO showed room 107, they gave us 108. Only one staff member, the one with the beard, showed any real service. The rest of the experience wasn't what I expected.

The location worked really well for us, close to the railway station, bus stop, Swarn Mandir, and local market. The staff were helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well kept. I’d recommend the hotel, though the bathroom shower overflowed and some switches were hanging loose. That’s why I’m giving it four stars.

Hotel Kingsway has enough parking right out front, and the reception stays open 24 hours. The rooms are furnished well and have the basics: TV, small fridge, AC, dustbin, floor mats (though not in every room), electric kettle, RO water, two chairs, a table, and telephone. The hotel is getting old, and the washroom was decent, but there were some issues.

I spent five days here, and they were the worst of my life. The hotel was badly managed, with rude staff and an owner who showed no concern when I complained. There was no food service, no TV, no warm water, and room service stopped after 8 pm. I was also charged the full amount for checking out four hours late. I really can't recommend this place. Don't stay here.
