Prashant helped arrange my stay and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. His responsiveness and focus on guest satisfaction really improved the experience. The rooms were well maintained, and the staff showed professionalism and attention to detail throughout. Service, cleanliness, and food and beverage quality all met exceptionally high standards at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar. Dining was impressive as well, with excellent food quality and service. Thanks to Prashant and the whole team for a comfortable, memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay, and Chef Shammi Gadhvi was the highlight. I travel with strict Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free dietary restrictions, which can be stressful, but he personally made sure every meal was safe, creative, and delicious. It's rare to find a chef who takes such care and professionalism in meeting guest needs. Highly recommended for a worry-free, top-tier dining experience in Amritsar.

We enjoyed dinner's wide spread and live music, though service of all kinds took a bit of time. The masala omelette the chef made for breakfast was the best we've had in our lives, and the food overall was sumptuous and tasty. We stayed one night at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar while traveling to Himachal Pradesh. At checkout, Jagdeep and survinder responded quickly, and the staff were friendly. The management needs to be more vigilant about guest infiltration. My husband lost a beautiful sweater from the lobby while we were checking into the hotel.

The staff at the front desk and maintenance were friendly and helpful, and the hotel spa was worth the price for its service. The rooms were clean, decent, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, especially the parathas, and the rest of the spread was good too. Room service chai was tasty, but at ₹345 a cup it felt too expensive. When I asked, I was told that was the standard price, which was hard to justify when excellent chai outside costs under ₹100. My interaction with Chef Faizal was disappointing. I brought him Belgian chocolates and asked whether we could try Punjabi dishes. I wasn't expecting anything free, just a more personal touch like the one well-known food bloggers often get. He didn't engage or follow up, and never checked how we liked the food. Another chef, whose name I regret not remembering, was lovely. He served red carrot halwa with our thali and took time to chat. I wish I'd given the chocolates to him instead.
