I booked this room two days ahead because the hotel was close to my exam centre, but this turned into a very stressful experience. On the way there, I called repeatedly because I was running late and nobody answered. I hadn’t received a call or message from the hotel either. When I arrived in the evening, just one day before my exam, they said the room had been cancelled because the roof was damaged. I told them I was willing to stay anyway since I had an exam and no other option. Then they changed their story and eventually admitted they had already given the room to someone else, so there was nothing available. Nearby hotels were fully booked, and the staff showed no responsibility. They only said they’d refund the money and told me guests should come at their own risk. After that, they stopped answering calls. This felt very unprofessional and misleading. Students or anyone with something important like an exam shouldn’t rely on an advance booking here. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff at Hotel green gardan made us feel welcome, and check-in was easy. We stayed three nights in a spotless deluxe room with a cozy bed and a lovely balcony view. The breakfast buffet offered a good range, especially the fresh juices. They even arranged a surprise birthday setup in our room, which really stood out. Great for couples or families looking for a relaxing getaway, highly recommended.

The café was a highlight at Garden Green Café Hotel, with tasty food, a good choice of dishes, and a charming place to sit and relax over a meal. The hotel was also conveniently located for exploring Amritsar. My room was clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed, with a nice mix of comfort and elegance. From arrival, the warm welcome and courteous staff made everything feel easy. I had a memorable stay and would gladly return.

Green Garden Cafe & Hotel gave my best friend and me a memorable three-night stay in Amritsar. We loved the café’s striking Victorian style, and the quinoa salad and hazelnut iced coffee were especially delicious. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we left with lovely memories and a wish to come back.

Freshly brewed coffee was a real treat, and there’s a free shuttle service to the golden temple. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with a royal atmosphere and humble staff. We had an amazing experience.
