The bathroom was extremely poorly cleaned, and the toilet seat needs urgent sanitary repair. Even the tap was damaged. There were no basic facilities in the room, and the general upkeep was zero. The stay was very uncomfortable, and I was really disappointed by the management and maintenance. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms are pathetic, the food is costly, and there’s no buffet. There was no service either, and they’re getting business only because of you. The receptionist even took my mobile and left a review on my behalf on goibibo. That’s why they’re getting ratings of 4 and above on that app. This was the most pathetic experience of my life. I’m never coming back, and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

I found a room here for ₹2000 while looking for a good hotel at a great price during my year-end trip from Gujarat to punjab. Over my 12-13 days of travel, this may have been my best stay. The hotel was neat and clean, with a nice feel to it.

For two people, it cost ₹1700, which felt like very good value for the amenities. The hotel looks modern, the rooms are neat and clean, the location is nice, and the service was great. Highly recommended.

The front office staff were unprofessional and had no manners. The rooms were in pathetic condition, the shower and exhaust fan didn’t work, and there were cockroaches in the room. They call a tiny fish pond a swimming pool, but it’s less than 10x10 and dirty with insects. It looked like they only clean it once. Think multiple times before booking this so-called hotel!
