After we paid 1,000 rs at check-in, they gave us room 207. The bedsheet was a mess, and the room was disgusting, so we asked to change rooms. The man, who wore a turban and was of medium height, responded rudely and threatened to throw our luggage out to reception just because we asked. I don't know if he was the owner or an employee, but his behavior made our stay very difficult. They don't know how to treat customers. I suggest not staying here.

I felt insulted and humiliated trying to check in at Amritsar. I had booked Hotel Capital O 69624 Hotel Moments Inn, Amritsar and paid OYO online, but the hotel refused to let me check in and behaved rudely. After I called OYO customer care, they changed it to Capital O Hotel Divine, Amritsar, but that hotel refused me too. I wasted 3 hours and felt mentally tortured. I don't recommend this.

The rooms are okay, though not that good, and the service is very poor. The AC doesn't run for 24 hours; they switch it off and say there's no electricity. Checkout time is enforced strictly, but the staff can be so irritating that you feel you have to leave immediately. If you're planning to walk in directly, please avoid this hotel. For anyone who won't read the whole review, just avoid it.

The geyser, Wi-Fi, LED, AC, and phone weren't working, but they took the full payment in advance. I strongly suggest everyone avoid booking this hotel, and please don't pay ahead.
