The calm, peaceful setting was a big plus, and the cleanliness was up to the mark. Staff were polite, listened well, and were always ready to help. I felt it was especially safe for girls traveling alone. For a room booked for one person, nobody is allowed in without permission, which made it feel very secure. The service was amazing. Highly recommended for solo female travelers.

The rooms and blankets were decent, and the location was fine. We went in winter, though, and there was no room heater. Some of the staff were very rude, including one person at reception and one from housekeeping.

It's a good value-for-money stay, with a good location outside the old city's hustle and bustle and within walking distance of the Railway station. There were a few small issues, but they can be ignored.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The hotel is right across from the railway station, which is a great location.

We stayed for two days while visiting Amritsar. The hotel is very near the railway station, and the manager and staff were all helpful and cooperative.
