The landline wasn't working, and the service was poor. There was no deluxe room, and they didn't provide complimentary water or a dental kit or anything.

I paid Rupees 3740 for 2 suits for 2 nights through oyo, but the hotel person told me to cancel and book directly for Rs 6000. That's very unprofessional. Pathetic experience. I suggest everyone stay away from this property.

The room we got wasn't clean and looked used. It also lacked the promised Wifi and kettle. Before that, the reception man made us wait 20 minutes after handing over a key, and we saw another staff member who seemed drunk on the job when we went downstairs to the shop. The staff's behavior was off putting and below standard. I'm not picky, but this was a terrible experience. Please avoid. We arrived after booking through MakeMyTrip and were met by an unwelcoming staff member. He stared at me and seemed shocked when I asked for a room. First he said none were available, then asked to see the booking confirmation. After we showed it, he made some calls. His colleague came downstairs, apparently from the room we were meant to use, and they had a loud, abusive argument. I don't know what the owner had found out, but the language was vulgar and offensive.

They took the payment and accepted my OYO booking, then refused to honor it in the middle of the night. Customers shouldn't have to pay for the hotel's shortcomings. Either stop listing bookings through OYO or follow through on the commitment.
