The staff at Skylark Hotel were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and the meals arrived promptly and tasted good. I found it comfortable and good value, with affordable prices that didn’t compromise on service. The rooms were neat and comfortable, with the basic facilities needed for an easy stay, and housekeeping kept them clean. The location was very convenient too, a short walk from the railway station and handy for the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and other Amritsar attractions. I had a wonderful stay and would choose Skylark again on my next visit. I’d recommend it to families, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a reliable budget-friendly place.

Not worth booking. You can’t even get a towel for the bathroom. Check-in was the evening of 5 Feb.

The Smart TV was there, but its speakers didn’t work smoothly, and there was no soap or towel in the bathroom. Hot water was available. I paid ₹ 1000 for a non-AC room with an attached washroom in early June '23. The room was reasonably spacious, though the walls felt damp and there was a smell. Budget hotels in Amritsar often have ventilation problems. Luckily it was cooler during my visit, so that wasn’t much of an issue.
